Curdlan Gum to Plant-Based Meats and Burgers


Curdlan Gum is derived from maize with plant gum origin could be confirmed with KOSHER, HALAL, en veganistisch. Het wordt veel toegepast in Plantaardige Vleesproducten, ook wel Beyond Meat Products genoemd.

De gels gevormd door Curdlan Gum zijn erg hard en sterk, in combinatie met andere hydrocolloïden, it could form a similar texture of real meats.

Now Curdlan Gum is widely applied in plant-based hamburgs, vegan beef and meat free sea foods as well as other Plant-Based Meat Products.

Using 5%-15% of E424 Food Additive Curdlan Gum to form gels, the texture tastes almost same as meats. Just use meat grinder to cut the curdlan gum gel cubes into 5mm sizes. Mix the cubes with meat. Cutting, blending, or mixing them to be averagely combined.

Curdlan Gum is used for producing plant based bacons, meats, beef steak, or burgers.
