As one of the most historic and famous leading food shows, SIALS InterFoods Jakarta opened from Nov. 8-11 2023 in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Opal Biotech brought Low Acyl Gellan Gum, High Acyl Gellan Gum, Curdlan Gum and Plant Based Vegetable Stabilizer for the show.

The most important improvement of Opal Biotech Gellan Gum is the launchment of counter type high acyl gellan gum to replace HM-B for Coca Milk.
